Leaning into the famous German Beer, Beer Cheese and Beer Pretzel Fall Festival, Einstein Bros. Bagels is bringing Oktoberfest to breakfast with a new menu of limited-time offerings. Starting August 20, you can enjoy an all-new Oktoberfest Egg Sandwich, Pretzel Bagel Double Dipper and Beer Cheese Shmear from Einstein Bros. Bagels. Remember in Beerfest when the guy is yelling “hot cheese soup” at Oktoberfest? I think about that guy yelling “hot cheese soup” about once a week.

I think Pretzel Bread for burgers is disgusting, so I assume I feel the same way about the Pretzel Bagel, but the Dippers and Beer Cheese Shmear do sound fire, tbh.
Oktoberfest Egg Sandwich features cage-free eggs, smoky ham, crispy bacon, Swiss cheese, deli mustard, and a brand-new Beer Cheese Shmear, stacked on a toasted Pretzel Bagel.
The Pretzel Bagel Double Dipper is a rip-and-dip treat that includes a hot Pretzel Bagel served with a side of new Beer Cheese Shmear and spicy brown mustard. “Ya double dipped the Pretzel Bagel!” Man imagine a world where every episode of Seinfeld had product placement, could have been cool. Maybe like a whole episode, or movie even, dedicated to Pop Tarts.
Beer Cheese Shmear is also available to top any of the brand’s fresh-baked bagels. A recipe of cream cheese and classic pub-style beer cheese.
